The UPTAKERS team at Jordan University of Science and Technology JUST organized an introductory Info Day presenting the project’s vision, objectives, and educational innovations to undergraduate students, faculty members, and administrative staff.
The session introduced the newly developed and updated courses supported by UPTAKERS, highlighting their integration into the curriculum and their contribution to enhancing interactive and technology-driven learning experiences.
Participants also explored the applications of Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education, with discussions on immersive learning environments and innovative teaching approaches across engineering and related disciplines.
The workshop was delivered by Eng. Ebtisam Ababneh and Eng. Sinan Nassar, who shared valuable knowledge and practical insights gained through specialized UPTAKERS training activities in Italy and Spain.
More than 35 participants attended the event, reflecting growing interest in digital transformation and emerging educational technologies at JUST.
